Payments are processed instantly through your selected method. Refunds for cancelled rides are processed within 24–48 hours back to your original payment method.

If your driver didn't arrive, you can cancel the ride for free within the first 5 minutes. You'll receive a full refund and can book a new ride immediately.

Ratings are mutual — both riders and drivers rate each other after every trip. Your rating affects your priority in matching. Unfair ratings can be disputed within 48 hours.

You can update your phone number or password in Settings. For account recovery, contact support with your registered number for identity verification.
